You're right, kixor alone only controls broadleaf weeds. but FYI, the way Kixor works is it breaks down the cell cuticle and allows glyphosate to work faster/better in grasses. It's a glyphosate top-up (tank mix).

Oh I'm guessing it would be so the grasses and other non-susceptible weeds would be killed.
