I've just started doing these exercises off this guy and I've been doing exercises for months now and i've got to say this guys the best for getting the best workout.
When you put 4 of these 2 min workouts together, do you just go from one workout into the next, or can you rest for a couple mins? And, can you do this everyday?
I'm fat and have man boobs. Will doing push ups get rid of them. I really need help. Any tips, eating habits or idk. I really hate being judged and I really need help. Please
@ilikepoodlez Do boxing. Mixes cardio and upper body strength, you'll burn the fat and build the muscle at the same time. Though pushups will help build definition, there's no point if you still have plenty of fat there, you won't see it. Plus you need to diet well - high protein, low carbs.
@IDOM3NATERI Pushups trains your pecs and your triceps which is what makes your arm look bigger. If you train biceps without working that triceps the arm wont stick out as much. To answer your question in short: No, these don't work your bicep.

With Divebomber Push Ups chest is the prime muscle group, triceps are secondary.
