  • With Divebomber Push Ups chest is the prime muscle group, triceps are secondary.

  • Your "dive bomber" pushups are for triceps not chest.....or did u know that already

  • I've just started doing these exercises off this guy and I've been doing exercises for months now and i've got to say this guys the best for getting the best workout.

  • Is it better to do legs, abs, chest, and calves all in one day? Or is it better to divide each workout into a different day?

  • @ilikepoodlez Do boxing. Mixes cardio and upper body strength, you'll burn the fat and build the muscle at the same time. Though pushups will help build definition, there's no point if you still have plenty of fat there, you won't see it. Plus you need to diet well - high protein, low carbs.

  • @IDOM3NATERI Pushups trains your pecs and your triceps which is what makes your arm look bigger. If you train biceps without working that triceps the arm wont stick out as much. To answer your question in short: No, these don't work your bicep.
