Learn a little Thai. Do a lot of road work and mitt work. You will need hardcore conditioning. Muay thai is like nothing else in terms of its cardio demands.

Another great vid. Wow, I have seen some oddball stuff in muay thai but that guy in the beginning, I think you said his name is Sanjat (?) was doing some crazy wide kicks. It almost looked like he had some capoeira training. Or do some muay thai schools teach those really awkward kicks.

HIs name is Sor. Kingstar Sanchae. The kick is an old kick from one of the precursor martial arts to muay thai. No body does it. It is difficult but he lands it a lot even against top level pros.

It looks like a powerful kick when it can be pulled off. There is a middle eastern fighter Eshan Shafiq, I have seen videos of him fighting and he sometimes uses a kick like that. Usually ends the fight in a knockout.
