Art can be created through many forms. Painting, sculpting, music, architecture, poetry...but Lost is the only way I've seen that people have used a TV show as an art form. It is a beautiful piece of art that will be viewed again and again, just like a painting or a poem. I don't think we will ever see the day when another show will top Lost's story, characters, theme, music, and (of course) its beauty.

Words simply cannot describe how powerful this song is. The best media in general, whether it be a movie, TV show, or a book, contains characters and experiences we can relate to on a deeply personal level. LOST definitely fits this bill, because in the end, we're all lost and in need of some form of constant. The relationship between Penny and Desmond was beautifully acted and written, and this song captures the depth, beauty, and emotions behind that bond so perfectly.
