  • Homophobia is leading to destruction.Bullying, andhate against the gay community is causing young children into committing suicide I AM a christian, but I thought god loves you whoever you are or however you live.? By the way, there is no such thing as changing your sexuality, you can't just change someone. And also, I saw in another video where a man stated that if you praise the lord, you will be cured of this curse. This is ridiculous, gays are not cursed, like saying being black is a curse.BS!

  • @GmeMC sexual orientation are two different issues. it would be difficult but not impossible to divorce yourself from your sexual orientation. it is impossible to divorce yourself from your racial orientation. sex= you have a choice who you have sex with, race= you have no choice what skin color or race you are born into.

  • Christian children are dedicated to God. That is to say that they are given to God as children. No one 'feels right' until they have done they can do to satify Abba Father. Hallelujah!!! Praise GOD!!

  • Wow. Saw this "story" on SVU. The one with Kathy Griffin as the guest star. Was not familiar with this story before. God bless her. When your heart is open, then God and the Truth can come in.

  • Romans 1: 25-27 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the creater- who is forever praised. Amen. 26 God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones.27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and recieved in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

  • Thanks for ruining my damn last name, there's no way she just changed, it's so stupid. She wasn't gay in the first place. Your sexuality doesn't just change like a damn switch.

  • oh hooray. what a great story. she wasn't a lesbian in the first place.

  • Oh yeah, and I (male) have a boyfriend, couldn't be happier or less lonely :)

  • It scares me how convincing she probably sounds to people on the fence about homosexuality.

  • i don't doubt that she is not in the gay life style anymore but i doubt that she is not a lesbian anymore . The only way a gay or lesbian person can ever follow christian scripture perfectly is to be celibate or to force one self mentally and physically onto the opposite sex, that is basically lying .Being gay or lesbian is not a choice but i don't judge anyone who wants to leave that life behind being that is so hard and full of prejudice .Maybe in the future christians will understand that.

  • @helloseahorseandme one question. do you think it's impossible to be gay and not having sexual relationships? I think this converted woman is still a lesbian, because she feels attracted to women, but doesn't practice this kind of relationship anymore.

  • @18jela89 No i do not i think it is impossible to be gay and not have any sexual relationships , it is just an extremely had thing to do no matter if you are gay or straight . And i agree with you 100% that this women is still a lesbian but is not in gay relationships.

  • @helloseahorseandme you mean a hard thing to resist having sexual relationships if you're a homosexual? I agree.

  • @18jela89 you do not have to necessarily have to be homosexual for the absence of any sexual relationships to be hard. It is is hard for everyone.

  • to all who are still living the life....God loves you immensely and does not want you separated from Him. If this is not stirring your heart....instead of an intense hate for Pat, see the people for who they are and the story that they tell. My friend God is real, deliverance is real..and a new life awaits, if you are tired...it is then and only then that change will come.....may you know the King of Kings..and the Prince of Peace one day soon.

  • Pat Robinson... one my least favorite Christians on tv.

  • Pat, I love u. Ur are one of those i look forward to spending eternal life with.

  • pat robertson, soon to be worm food.

  • @slaneyside That is the meanest thing I have ever heard.

  • @ABBAnMJ wow you must live in a really nice neighbourhood if that's the meanest thing you've ever heard.it must also be your first visit to youtube, welcome.

i take your reply as a compliment and would like to see if i can improve on my first comment for you by adding that when this hateful old man gives up his carcass,i hope with ALL my heart that they throw his rotting cadaver onto the local municipal dump so that the rats and buzzards can gorge themselves on his rancid flesh. ;-)

  • i dont think god hates gays....i think in the old testament it talks about gay sex being wrong...probably cause of the possibility of disease etc...

  • It's my belief that anyone who is a quote 'ex-gay' was so hung-up at a given point, that they would try anything to convince themselves that they really weren’t gay. To me, that is simply a form of self-hatred fueled by what anti-gay belief systems would have you believe. On the other hand, I wish ex-gays well, and I hope you are never haunted by the recurring homosexual feelings your natural self will likely and inevitably feel. I realize you too are simply seeking happiness.

  • 700 CLUB IS EVIL !

  • Out of thousands of the gays and lesbian in the parade why god didn't talk to all of them and just saved one? God operates in misterious stupid ways, doesn't he? Wake up to reality, Cristians!!!

  • @MRBBJC You don't know that he just saved one. He probably spoke to all of them, she just happened to listen, probably because of her Christian background.

  • thumbs up for the HUGE gap in her font teeth

  • sad.sad.sad.

  • she had bad relationships with men and started dating chicks? So she never really was gay? She's like many stupid people today who get tired of the opposite sex and go to same sex hoping to find something different. She wasn't right with God because she was lying to herself. Finding the same sex attractive does not make you gay. -_-

  • Being gay or lesbian is not a choice. No one chooses to be discriminated against and people have a right to happiness. How does my life personally affect you if I'm not killing or hurting people? No one needs your approval to live life. You're not God so stop trying to play the role. The bible was written by man and interpreted by man. Focus on your life and problems. I'm happy being who I am, and I'm surrounded by people who love me. Your hateful views don't matter.

  • It makes me laugh when straight people try to tell me that being gay is a choice I mean it's like they really think they know more about being gay than a gay person. Why would anyone choose to be gay? People kill themselves over ut so why wouldn't they just simply change? People get bullied and herassed about it so what do people really think the apeal is?

  • Please add us in your prayer here in the Philippines. We are in almost the Same Situation. We are now under attack through the promotion and acceptance of the Sodomic Lifestyle they are trying to put to Law... we will be so thankful. God bless us all... we form a Movement in Facebook ("No to Same- Sex Marriage in the Philippines") and a nation wide signature Campaign. Pray for us for we are standing in the GAP in Faith... You are one of our inspiration...

  • How would he know how the average gay man feels? He isn't gay, I'm sure he isn't friends with gay people either given how judgmental he is. So I don't think he needs to talk about things he doesn't know. I for one have many HAPPY friends who are also GAY.

  • PRAISE THE LORD

  • Homosexuality is a sin this movment gay pride only makes there sin worse because they take this sin on as if it is a part of them a lifstyle or they were born this way no one is born gay. It is just a sin and everyone can be set free from this sin and when they do they will be way happier. Jesus Christ is the only answere.

  • @coolvideo28 Well put, I agree.

  • @coolvideo28 Nope.. apparently Sin beats Jesus hands down.

  • @Ranokian wHEN THESE PEOPLE RUN FROM jESUS INTO THIS SIN EVEN KNOW THEY KNOW THEY ARE DOING WRONG THEY WILL DIE AND SPEND ETERNITY IN HELL BECAUSE THEY CHOSE TOO. opps accidently hit caps well you get the point.

  • @coolvideo28 And is that all there is? What an empty religion, Christianity. Burn or turn. A whole set of twisted rules, and things that cannot come from any other source than God itself, like sexuality, are suddenly a choice. Christians are not really interested in what actually is God's word, they just want their religion with all it prejudgments to survive.

  • @Ranokian nothing empty about it you are only empty until you invite Jesus Christ to be your Lord & Savior. Jesus died for your sins if you choose to go to hell by rejecting Jesus thart is your choice and only you are to blame for throwing your life away while Jesus stands here with his arms open wide to you. If I didnt care about Gods word I wouldnt be here & I wouldnt care enough to tell you the truth.

  • @Ranokian What sacrifice? He already knew they were going to kill him. And he already knew he was going to be alive again. No one really died, in the end, it was all done to install a feeling of guild into the believers. And if humanity was sin free, it would have made a point. Well, humanity isn't sin free. And since when is Christianity into choices and free will? It's turn or burn, "free will" is nothing more than a fancy layer of paint on a system that relies on threats, has no real content

  • I'm very happy being pansexual.

He's right though, not every gay is happy, neither is every straight person...

  • Google:

    Professional Organization Statements | CLGS

"...The American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Counseling Association, the American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychological Association, the National Association of School Psychologists, ....., together representing more than 477,000 health and mental health professionals, have all taken the position that homosexuality is not a mental disorder and thus there is no need for a "cure."

  • some of the people on here are such hypocrites 'everyone should be allowed to live the life you want', 'to pursue their own happiness you say'.

This lady is truly happy on content in her faith and you want to take it away from her. Shame on you!

  • @Yanipooh

    WORD!!

  • she didnt change, just decided to go celibate

  • Pat Robertson......LMAO..ol' Pat can cure ANYTHING...if you send him if enough money! He's ANOTHER st8 expert on gay issues!! Pats driven by 1 thing and 1 thing only....the all mighty dollar.

  • OMG are u fucking for real? -.-'

  • Oh god, it's guys like this that ruin my day. Guys like this that make me want to cuddle my girlfriend for the rest of forever. It's the /homophobes/ and hate that make gays unhappy, /not/ the actual being gay. Nothing makes me as happy as being with my girlfriend~

  • Woohooo!..you go girl!...

  • Dear Pat: As someone who felt this "dark cloud" and "confusion and turmoil" you speak of, what you may not realize is that these feelings come from people like you and the horrible things you say, not God. After coming out of the "ex-gay movement", I found a community that loves me, a wonderful boy who cares deeply for me, and a happy and fulfilled life that wouldn't have been found if I hadn't accepted who I am: a gay man.

  • @tiwai22

very well said! i'm very happy for you!

  • @tiwai22 Well said. If "gay" and "homosexual" had the same meaning in society as straight, a neutral meaning, gays wouldn't get depressed at all. And guess what, it is religion that keeps all the negativity about homosexuality alive.

  • That idea is always about, and is old news for gay males, since the AIDS epidemic etc, it's nothing new.

  • No sweat: a lot of religious people are gay, Charlene was just approaching this from the other side. She had OD'd in the gay world. Perhaps a nascent heterosexual model came back, and as we're all from 'normal' families, then it's an understandable human psychological reaction.

  • @eyemla

Wait, let me stop laughing first! Ha ha ha!

Oh suuuuuure, because these orgs don't AGREE with your point of view, OF COURSE they're "full of criminals and corrupt individuals who are swayed by politics and personal agendas"!!! Sooooo funny! What a great conspiracy theory! And a great solution... if science doesn't agree with your religion, make the science the bad guy! And you still haven't said WHICH "studies show..." Let me guess... the Pat Robertson Psych Assoc?!?!

    FAIL.

  • @eyemla

    PART 2:

Mainstream health organizations that are critical of gay "conversion" therapy include the American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Assoc., the American Psychological Assoc., the American Assoc. for Marriage & Family Therapy, the American Counseling Assoc., the National Assoc. of Social Workers, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the National Assoc. of School Psychologists, & the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Obviously, what YOU are saying is NOT the case!

  • @eyemla

You're spouting a lot of mythology, with your "regret" and other silly stuff. I looked into the Jesus myth for over 30 years... and it IS a myth. Being gay is not a sin... that's just bronze-age superstition.

    "Studies show"??! WHICH studies?

Every study by mainstream researchers shows that sexual orientation is NOT a choice, and that "conversion" therapy NEVER works. And every mainstream medical or psychological association is against it.

    You're wrong. Try again.

  • @GazMysticism ..ScienceReasonBelief is good at that

  • @belauidid That man is the devil incarnated

  • Comment removed

  • You Go Charlene...you have chosen the right path. Let the fools talk!.its normal. They still can't believe that you've changed....Jesus is Lord

  • @belauidid

She hasn't changed... shes repressing it.

  • Patty R. is a delusional man. Gays are as happy and fulfilled as anyone else... especially when they leave the confines of a bronze-age mythology like chrsitianity.

  • Wow. Her story is amazing. God loves her! God bless her!

"The peace and the joy I wouldn't trade it for anything".

  • The gay community is just so mad!..to hell with it..Jesus reigns

  • @belauidid

    No he doesn't. He's dead.

  • @ScienceReasonBelief you right! and he rose again.

  • @belauidid

    nope, he stayed dead.

  • this is her personal testimony, and theres nothing that any-

one can do or say to change it. TO GOD be the glory.

  • the book of romans states homosexuality is unnatural

  • homosexuality is a red herring used by the right-wing xtian church. Find a group of people that some interpretations of the Bible can construe as being "sinful" and manipulate the masses into passing righteous judgment. All the while the church gathers their sheep's money and maintains their political power.

People really need to wake up.

  • For those straights who think it's a choice, let me offer this challenge- just for a single weekend, DECIDE to be gay. CHOOSE to be erotically stimulated by someone of the same gender. ELECT to have romantic feelings toward a gay person. MAKE UP YOUR MIND to not be attracted to anyone of the opposite gender. If you can do this, it's a choice. If not, please do what Jesus did and shut up about it. watch?v=aDiYeJ_bsQo (Exodus ministries founders and leaders confess)
  • in the bits that were skipping, i swear it sounded like "common tart" at 3:39

  • OMG! She spent 3 decades as a militant lesbo :-) These fundamentalist Christians are just as stupid and bad as the fundamentalist Islam. She is still Lesbian for crying out load she just chooses to live in celibate. That does not make her straight.

  • @MarkieWatch100 keep thinking that

  • And I'm not trying to go for the low blow here or anything but ever notice how he looks like he's takin' a shit when he prays?... just saying it's kinda funny

  • hey lady there's ah WAY MORE to being lesbian than clubs and pride parades. It's about love. I'm sorry if you're bitter about not finding love but that doesn't mean you have make it harder for people who do have someone of the same-sex as their lover to be together. I personally dont do the club scene and Ive been to one parade which was ok, but not my fav.

If I could give ex-gays a word of advice it's this: don't be bitter

  • Great for her, if that's what makes her happy but she should stop writing for a lesbian magazine.

  • fuuuuck this.

  • wow...is charlene really straight?? she admitted herself that she is not attracted to men still. she supressed her sexuality completely

  • @anp1218d1 I think if you're that age, sex often doesn't matter anymore. Hormones change and you feel more like just cuddling, than actual sex. So maybe that changed for her.

  • @zeldaofarel " I think if you're that age, sex often doesn't matter anymore. "

Yes, that's what young people DO think.

Imagination is an unreliable guide to the facts.

" I would rather have them read Harry Potter. "

    Absolutely.

At least Voldemort is acknowledged to be the bad guy!

In the Bible, the most evil character of all

is worshipped as loving, merciful, and just!

  • @Imaginefree69 I'm just basing it on my mother's life. Though she does have physical problems. But she hadn't had a boyfriend since forever.

  • @zeldaofarel

If you take a few science classes

    you will discover

    that a sample of ONE

is a poor basis for generalizing.

  • @IantoCross THANK YOU

  • Sometimes I really hate organized religion. When people become certain that their set of beliefs is the CORRECT religion, all that comes out of it is condeming people for being so called sinners. If people would just accept a vague belief, the world would be so much better. Isn't believing in god enough? Anyway, to me a "sin" should be something that negatively affects others, like stealing, or murder. I don't see how my choice of sexual partner can affect anybody

  • So You would Like to share Your wife/husband with someone. i dont think so. thats an exclusive privelege. you are free to accept salvation. everyone on earth is. no exclusivity there. There is only one way Jesus said it himself. Religions make up their own but they all lead nowhere close to God. HE Loves You . Come to Him the direct way.

  • Funny thing is, Pat -- I had a dark cloud, a confusion, and turmoil... when I was religious and self-hating.

You manipulate the vulnerable from your Ivory Tower, raking in millions in money and morons.

Fuck your show and fuck your intolerance in the name of JEEZIS and ALMIGHTY GAWD.

  • This is propaganda bullshit. This is why I fucking hate the 700 club.

  • You have to check it yourself- read Hindu scriptures, islamic scriptures, Bible and then if you truly search for God he will show you the right path...

  • @HelenaLiwia What does the Bible really say?

Aside from the unicorns and talking snakes and donkeys

and the requirement to practice ritualized cannibalism

we see that your god commanded his people

to rip little girls from the bloody arms of their dead mothers

and take them home to enjoy

and to share them with YHVH's priests.

This is the book you are basing your morality on?

And you are worried about people in love?

    How obscene.

  • @Imaginefree69 I know! That's the last book I would want kids to read. I would rather have them read Harry Potter. That has better morality in it.

  • Listen Pat. You are not gay, you know nothing about it. You think sexually gays are dirty, what about the straight couples, is that dirty too?I lived all my life in Church and I knew I was different. I went to God for "deliverance" , He never changed me, what made me believe I am who I am, because He made me to be what I am. I simply see it as: Straight and Saved, Gay and Saved! Straight can be sinful and gay can be sinful> If we believe in the Lord we will be saved! Period!

  • looooooser grow up, she has pdsd, look it up

  • Sooooo funny that Pat Robertson knows more about being gay than gays do. He thinks we're full of problems and that we're not happy? That's ridiculous! I was miserable when i tried to conform to the false promise of christianity. Since I left it, I am FAR happier!!!

  • Well- christianity doesnt offer "hapiness" in this life but in the hereafter...

Look at the Jesus's life- he was fed up with it sometimes, he said :"O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you?"

for Pat Roberts- it is quite common that if you are in the middle of sth- an outsider can be better informed than you...your perspective is restricted by the emotions so on...

  • With all due respect, I see no logical reason to suffer in this life for the promise of a life to come that may or may not even exist. Far better to live your life NOW as happily as you can. :)

  • The problem is that suffering is inevitable in this world- only if you suffer as a Christian you will get a reward later, if you suffer as an atheist- it is hopeless ( but of course God will judge us- He will have the last word)

  • Yes, my friend, but only if you BELIEVE in Christianity. I do not. I cannot conceive of a God who would condemn you simply because you didn't believe in Jesus. If that were true, then 2/3 of the world would not get into heaven, because only 1/3 of the world is Christian.

I'm not an atheist. I DO believe there is a higher power. But, I do not believe that this "Great One" has a specific religion or church. And I am content knowing that a loving God wants ALL of his children back.

    Aloha!

  • i will answer for the sake of other silent readers- you dont need to read it...

Non Christians can go to heaven as well- but only if they didnt have the chance to know about Christ.

your current believe is quite comfy- mother Theresa will get the same reward as someone who just follows his desires ...

  • @Kaileo1 Only GOD knows your void that you are trying to fill but nothing will fill it except His Love.

  • @JESUSWAYLIFETRUTH

How silly! What void? I'm far happier NOW than when I was a christian. You silly christians can keep telling yourselves lies about "voids" and unhappiness among non-believers, but that's bullcrap.

A 2009 study by the Center For Inquiry, of 5,800 non-believers, reports that non-believers are as happy as believers, and are in fact more satisfied than people who are uncertain in their beliefs.

    There's NO void.

  • @ScienceReasonBelief I don't know you but I'm sure there is a void in everyone including you and me that only GOD's love can fill.

  • @JESUSWAYLIFETRUTH

I seriously doubt that. Like I said, non-believers are just as happy as believers. They don't need god to be happy.

  • @Kaileo1 It's not Pat Robertson who answered but Chalene Cothran.

  • @hudna1

nope, listen to the whole thing. robertson is a clueless know-it-all....

  • @hudna1

obviously you didn't listen to the whole video. i'm referring to Pat Robertson's silly comments at the END of this video...

  • missed out ...by the word of their TESTIMONY.

  • I fully agree with Pat Robertson's message. May God bless him for reaching out and offering God's hope to homosexuals. Praise God for Charlene's liberation from this demonic bondage. Revelation 12:11...And they overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their ; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

  • Oh, the irony is strong with this one.

  • Funny, but one of the best Christian preachers in my area in is a lesbian with a partner and everything. In fact, even the most conservative of parishioners think she is wonderful lady and prefer her sermons over those of straight preachers. I don't think there's anything wrong with Miss Cothran leaving the lesbian lifestyle if she was unhappy in it, but I think it was wrong of her to say that all homosexuals are unhappy and on bad terms with God.

  • Gay people creep me out sometimes, maybe I'm just homophobic because I was sitting next to a gay person and I thought he was checking me out. And it was hella weird, but then again maybe he wasn't. And it's sick to think about homosexuality for me.

  • It's alright, straight people creep me out too. Thinking about straight sex makes me feel sick.

  • Just take the "checking you out" as a compliment. Almost all gay guys are respectful and you just have to say, "Thanks, but I'm hetero" and they understand. Don't be creeped out, it's a compliment that they think you are handsome!

  • crazytown.

  • This is unwatchable. Video and audio keeps skipping.

  • I agree completely.

  • What Charlene said is so true. Especially when she said it's really about loneliness. That is exactly what I've seen in the homsexual people I've known.

  • Um;Just because your lesbian or gay doesnt mean you arent right with god.

Im a homosexual and am very close with god.

Im sorry but Ive liked boys since as early as I can remember.

I would run around in kindergarden kissing boys and I had sexual urges for with guys BEFORE I EVEN KNEW WHAT SEX WAS!

If you can say you can be cured from homosexuality.

    You are truly ignorant.

    and shes cured?

She doesnt like a MAN or a WOMAN

    So um? what? contradiction much?

  • mundane details from some moderately ineresting people.

  • this is so disturbing...

  • so wheter anyone say it is not true.. nobody can tell lie to me... i know who i am now... i am not confused anymore..

there can be other kind of life...

    better.. happier... full life....

so if you're homo... try God.... i can asure you...

there's nothing better... cos i've been there...

  • i was about to destroy my life...

year after year trying to fight against something i didn't wanted... i didn't want to feel lesbian...

    but i couldn't stop it..

until i found Jesus... and through is Word i learned how to fully live life...a rightouss and happy life.

now i have a boyfriend which i'm madly in love with... and we serve God together....

i couldn' ask for more... i feel whole... not lonely anymore nor misundertood...

  • then, almah, you never WERE a lesbian....you were a confused person who "tried" lesbianism to fit in, and you realized it wasn't for you. NEWS FLASH....I'm a gay man, I prayed for YEARS that God would change me, and He didnt. I believe in God, and i believe He loves me. But i am actually HAPPY now that i have accepted who i am and who God made me to be from the very beginning. A gay man.

  • BEING GAY IS NOT A DISEASE!! IT'S JUST A BIG LIE WE'VE BEEN TOLD... A BIG LIE WE'VE BELIEVED, WE'RE NOT BORN HOMO... because we all are meant to be with someone from the other sex. that's nature... if it weren't like that, there would be just one sex... or not??

  • okay almah19, i guess you are saying that the THOUSANDS of babies born INTERSEXED or Hemaphrodites (since we are all born to be with the opposite sex and such), with sexual organs of BOTH sexes, must be unnatural demon spawn or something....I hope to GOD you don't work with children and spread your poison to the future of America.

  • Yes, my girlfriend and I go out to parties or clubs occasionally, and Pride once a year, but most of the time, we do simple things that make us happy. We sit in coffee shops for hours, talking together. Saying there's a gay "lifestyle" is moronic. We do things apart from cavort naked in Pride parades, y'know. I help raise my brother and sister, I get good grades at university and I'm writing a novel. I am proud of who I am. If I had to be closeted again, I would be completely miserable.

  • I respect Ms. Cothran's right to live her life the way she wants, but I don't agree with your message. Loving women is a deep, intrinsic part of who I am. I am madly in love with my beautiful girlfriend, who is one of the smartest people I've ever met. She fills my life with happiness, and I'd like to think I do the same for her.

  • Hey Pat,.....are gays automaticaly going to hell ? Anyway, I do not believe that gays are "cured" from being homo. If you do I have a bridge to sell you.....You moron !

  • This story seems to contradict your view.

  • I watched gay porn while watching this vid.

  • The Bible does speak directly against homosexuality..so for those who think that it is ok to live a "Christian" life and be gay is completely against what you say you believe. However, everyone has their own struggles and to each is own. It is all a matter of the heart, and no one can judge that accept for Christ.

  • This is retarted.... this lady was NOT born Lesbian she turned to women when men let her down... people who are homosexual DONT date the opposite sex ever.. because were not interested!

  • Gee. Out of all the homosexuals in the world, not ONE dates the opposite sex.

You're right about one thing, though. No one is born homosexual.

  • Haha! I really laughed out loud at this response.

  • Sorry it seems that you lack the capacity of understanding an answer. Your despotic mind is only capable of accepting an answer you want to see. Why don't you find a mirror and have a good conversation with it?

You know what? Continue to write things here and than read it yourself , because our conversation is over.

  • Just because he DOESN'T mention homosexual marriage ONLY heterosexual marriage does not mean that gay marriage is unchristian.

Just as he DOESN'T speak up against slavery does not mean that it is Christian to keep slaves.

You have to be an idiot not to understand my answer! You just want to put words in my mouth and accept an answer that you like. I HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION! You cant accept that your logic is defeated.

  • I have answered your question several times, I will not repeat myself any more. It is you who are afraid of the answer I gave you hence you are ignoring it.

  • I am happy. I am christian. I am a reborn christian. I feel Jesus close to me. And I am gay.

  • Just remember that Jesus said "A man shall leave his parents and cleave unto his wife". He obviously left out people of one sex "marrying" someone else of the same sex.

Jesus wasn't bigoted, just re-emphasizing a moral law that is timeless.

  • Jesus said nothing about homosexuality, and Jesus said nothing against slavery either.

  • So, when Jesus said "A man shall leave his parents and cleave unto his wife", you're saying He was including homosexuals in that command?

Paul has a lot to say against homosexuality, but homosexual "theologians" have their way of "correctly" interpreting Paul to suit their own desires.

  • No Jesus said nothing about homosexuality nor did he say anything against slavery. Just because he does not mention these things doesn't mean that gay marriages are unchristian or that slavery is Christian.

Secondly I don't care what Paul said, I don't believe in him, I can accept him as a philosopher but nothing more. I only care about the gospels.

  • Obviously, you choose to ignore those parts of Scripture that speak to sins you enjoy. Paul is the homosexual's bogeyman because he speaks the truth.

And you didn't answer my question about Jesus' comment on marriage being between a man and a wife. You've found liberal theologians that somehow twist that to include homosexuals, thus a validation of the choice all homosexuals have made regarding their sexual preference? Ignore Paul, if you wish. Ignore Jesus at your own peril "unto his WIFE!!!".

  • Jesus did not spoke about homosexuals, nor did he say anything against slavery. Just because he does not mention these things doesn't mean that gay marriages are unchristian or that slavery is Christian. I can only repeat this until you chose to not ignore the meaning of it and the answers it gives to your questions that you repeat over and over again.

Your prejudgment is typical fundamentalist "Christian" you obviously know nothing of me or my beliefs.

  • Just WHO is Jesus including in His statement "A man shall leave his parents and cleave unto his WIFE"?

Mutiple wives? An animal? Someone of the same sex?

Because you apparently feel homosexuality is ok, do you ignore this statement of Jesus? Re-interpret it to suit your lifestyle?

The fact that you reject Paul indicates you'd be willing to re-interpret scripture so that you can say the Bible gives thumbs up to homosexuality. That's just what all the heresies in the past have tried.

  • Jesus did not spoke about homosexuals, nor did he say anything against slavery.

Just because he doesn't mention homosexual marriage only heterosexual does not mean that gay marriage is unchristian.

Just because he doesn't speaks up against slavery does not mean that it is Christian to keep slaves.

If you don't understand this, I cant help you any further.

  • Answer his question on teh scripture he provided.

  • Why would I?

If you want to ask me a question about the bible than do so your self.

  • What do you mean why would you? Why would any one ask a question period using your logic. The fact is that you had no answer and thus you had no argument simply because you knew you was losing the argument. But here's another chance. Answer his question.
