  • what do i do if i dintdnt get a "yes or no" message when i opened safe mode????? plaese tell me im desperate.

  • @MASWhite17 if it doesnt allow you to choose yes or no this means your running windows 7 and not XP. If you have a secure desktop its going to ask for your password (like a regular start up). Put in your password. Once your desktop is fully loaded in safe mode. Go to start, control panel, recovery, then open system restore. Once restore systems and files and settings is open click next then choose a date and click next. Once this completes restore do run "msconfig" and so on. HTH.

  • i had one of these yesterday and i erased my username and started all over. luckily i had my backup hardrive witgh eveything saved on it.

  • Damn dude. I have 3 essays due tomorrow and this happened to me. I spent the last 4 hours doing a bunch of stuff to fix it and nothing worked. Then I came across your video man. It was soooo helpful. The stupid fake antivirus program called "Win 7" is now gone. Time to hit the books again :)

  • Its restart not reset ;)

  • Don't use Internet Explorer. I use Mozilla Firefox, XP (SP2), CCleaner, SpyBot, TM Housecall, and Malwarebytes. I do NO WINDOWS UPDATES. EVER! I believe that's where a lot of that crap comes from. Gates embeds codes in those updates. I'm positive of it. How else do you suppose Bill Gates is going to obsolete his own OS's so that you'll spend money to upgrade?

  • HELP I have already downloaded some malwarebyte software and also Microsoft Security Essentials after having fought with this stupid virus for about 2-3 hours. After the first time I ran the quick scan, the virus was gone but then it came back. Now I think it's gone, but it keeps trying to get back in! Now I have this box on my screen that says "AppleSyncNotifier -Unable to Locate Component, Re-Install this application to fix the problem." How do I get it to leave me alone?

  • I seen this in a recommend You got a computer from the 80's o.O

  • Good video bro, spyware dr. will take care of it also... my friend had to pay the 60$ and since it was a fake download to get rid of it through transaction he didn't get his money back and the program still stays on your computer but doesn't block your programs so you can enter again but the fake virus is still on your computer ..his credit card transaction said Youtube/blahblahblah, since he was watching youtube videos it came up in the middle of the video the virus came through youtube...

  • oh no.... i'm operating on vista, but apparently at some point i musta turned the rollback save thing.... off... have usually been super careful about what to allow, but i effed up yesterday, and now, when i went through safe mode, i couldn't remove it via rollback, cause... well it has no rollback savedates? is there anything else i could try

  • @dakzilla13 I fking luv u it didn't delete it either but its not bothering me

  • THERE'S AN EASIER WAY! Just enter the code 3425-814615-3990 to win 7 antivirus 2012 and it will delete itself!

  • My problem is far worse.. Nothing shows up in my computer anymore. My desktop and my documents are gone. Only the pop-up is showing up and the start menu. The steps you show did not work. I have no problem with resetting to factory setting BUT buying a new MS Office is far off my budget. Maybe you have any suggestion? With the price of the software--I might as well buy a new computer with pre-installed MS Office... Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.. I am running out of hope.

  • You saved me hundreds of dollars and/or several hours of frustration. Thanks!

  • THANK YOU ! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

  • if i do this process will i lose my mcafee antivirus protection

  • Thanks Felipe, it worked! Omg that virus is so damn annoying. AVG didn't take care of it.

You're the best! :D Thanks again!!!

  • @TheLyingMustache Nice!! =D

  • Malwarebytes AntiMalware is good program.

  • Why did you delete malwear bytes

  • @SirJamiestevens He was using it as a example.

  • Don't go into System REstore. I did that! all the malware did was follow me into a previous date! It friggin followed me back into time and finally it disabled my System restore. In fact you'll want to disable System Restore from you control panel somewhere. That friggin virus next goes to your SYSTEM 32 file. This is where it will hide itself and cause the most damage to your computer. So getting a free scanning system like MBAM, CC Cleaner to automatically remove the virus for free.

  • Okay. I need some help -

About 3-5 days ago, I got a virus. It was something like "Anti-malware doctor". I ran Malewarebytes' and AVG multiple times on multiple folders and files. I got rid of most of the virus, but now weird stuff is happening. When I start my computer, sometimes it will stop loading once it gets to the part where I could usually log in. Always when I open the internet, a strange tab opens. Anyways, I think it has installed itself on my comp. Can this still help me?

  • Wow, I can't believe people are still using windows......headache city......(been there done that) now...Apple! Not one problem in 4 years!;)

  • safe mode with networking. download malware bytes(its free), install, update and scan your pc. Also download spybot, install, update and run. Remove all bugs/variants. Also download Hijack This, install and scan pc. if you know what program it is, check it, then click Fix Checked.

If your pc cannot get any internet connection.. then ultimately take hard drive out of pc and and put it in a good running pc. run anti malware/anti virus scans on the infected drive.

  • help please

  • they must have updated the virus so you cant start in safe mode

  • Hi i did what you said, but when i clicked on safe mode it restarted the computer, it cancled that command and started back over again to when you are supposed to hit f8

  • Felipe is hot! papacito

  • @FelipeSparx29 Hey dude, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software is not your problem program, and no the problem malware will not appear there.

  • Very helpful.

  • Thank you so much for this Felipe!! I've had this loads of times - usually when researching Illuminati/global issues etc.

  • some guy that created this bs is in some island with a billions dollars

  • What happens if you try to restart without going back in and putting the "startup" options back on? Seems that is an IMPORTANT tidbit....Yes?

  • That was helpful! Thank you most kindly!

  • Scary that the task manager could not be opened..That's what I usually count on when this happens. In Firefox it's my second step after disconnecting the internet - then restart Firefox (sometimes the whole computer). Then I uncheck the offending page from the list of options for reloading the browser. But I probably would have pulled my hair out if i couldn't have accessed the task manager at all. b/c I prefer to not have to shut it down completely each time..you're a life saver!

  • Great info, thanks Felipe! Will remember your computer service help business..

We may need to keep some things on Startup, as micklo1 mentioned. Like the operating system and other programs..and thanks also to DoubleOninja7 for the reminder about defragmenting regularly. I've been forgetting.

  • Smart Engine got me last year, arrgg. It actually made pig squealing noises and I had no idea what was going on!

  • watching this felipé recommondations while listening to an freakn osho backgroundtalk with some 2mex music in the other side.......

  • Plus you can also defrag the computer every week. That will help with transition of speed.;) NIIIICE! POST!

  • Thanks for a great vid. There is a much more simple way to get rid of these malwares.

    1. Restart your computer in "Safe mode with internet connection"

    2. Then start your webbrowser and download "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" (It is free).

    3. Click on the "Update"-tab and download the latest updates.

    4. Then click on the "Scanner"-tab and chose "Perform full scanning".

    5. Let the program work. It can take an hour or so but it will delete all the malware from your computer.

    6. Restart your PC. :-)

  • Brilliant !. The time and money this could have saved in the past haha. Thanks !

  • I just download Remove Fake Antivirus

  • i dont even have a PC, but you're entertaining so i made it half way through!

  • Felipe, are you using windows 2000 on your PC?

  • @CutieKala Win XP

  • lol that happened to me 2 months ago and followed those exact same steps man i was just guessing the entire time and bam i got it right...another method that i stumbled on with my other computer was i held down the esc button and while holding it down from the f1 to the deletes cr lk button i pressed all of them in one quick motion like the way you would do a piano u know run your finger over lots of keys to make one quik sound ..well when i did this it went to a restore mode and it fix quick.

  • @FelipeSparx29 that last method i used it again just to see if it was just a fluke and guess what it worked again ...have you ever used that method? holding the esc down then running your finger over the entire top row of buttons in one quick motion?

  • @FelipeSparx29 I remember I did this to my windows xp. Every now or then when I have those fake antivirus thing,I click on help and support. Then I click on restore and go back to an earlier date. It works!

  • @FelipeSparx29 Thank you so much for posting your videos. You're here to help people multi-dimensionally.
