50 cc and under scooters cannot go on "divided Highways" in NJ even though they are titled and registered as Motorcycles and the plates say Motorcycle.
Over 50cc can go on highways because they are concidered motorcycles.
The person just has to have a motorcycle license, registration, & inspection.
