I`m sorry to hear that you will lose your home. The bankers are in control of our fraudulent courts, attorney and the president. Have you asked them to produced the original note yet. If you have not, ask them by certified mail for a copy of it front and back. And then ask for conference to view the original note. They must give you a conference before they can foreclose.
That asking to produce the original note never works. It hasn't worked for anyone I know. But I was able to modify my loan so I am good. It took a long time. All I can say is shame on Obama for giving Haiti 100 million when so many Americans need the help at home. I wont be voting for him again.
Companies like Saxon Mortgage Services are notorious for driving people into foreclosure. A home owner paid off their loan and sold the house. Saxon went out and locked it up from the new owners. Where's HUD through all of this? Horrible!
That is why you have to fuck the house up beyond recognition when you lose it. Then after you move out and get settled into your new place, file chapter 7 bankruptcy so that they cannot come after you for anything. You get a clean slate and you get the monkey off your back.
