You won't believe the power of this mantra to help you remember your dreams until you try it! Absolutely amazing - give it a go next time you wake up - just remember don't move and keep your eyes closed and repeat the mantra until the dream images come back.
@jdontstop2014 Hi Jdontstop, coughing or sneezing shouldn't be a problem - I've had success with this mantra even after getting up and moving (although it's much much easier to remember the dreams without moving and then doing the mantra). If it happens just keep going with the mantra until the dream images start to come back then focus on those to try and remember as much as you can. It will work better to completely focus on the mantra rather than doing it at the same time as something else.
@woodsl86 Hi, It's Raaaaoooooom Gaaaaaaooooom - and you pronounce it internally when you cannot remember any dreams images. You do it gently, simply focusing on the mantra. Try it and see what happens.
(also, a good thing is not to move when you wake up) All the best :)
When someone wants answers from the divine all they have to do is ask the question before you go to sleep in your mind. People act like the other side can't read your mind or something. They can see all of your thoughts, everything you think they here it. No one really needs to chant anything if you want answers just ask
It worked! As soon as I woke up from bed, I closed my eyes and said the mantra. What do you know, my dreams were about being chased through a shipyard by the killer from Scream with a machete in broad daylight. Awesome.
@develadorgnostico - no it's not for sale.. Whatever Belzebuub gives, it is always free of charge. If you find it on itunes, it will be there for free... You can download all this talks for free as well on itunes under Belzebuub's Podcast
@myztikalboy - the way it works is to chant it mentally when you wake up. To remember it, chant it like this to practice. Maybe with the video. Good luck :)
@myztikalboy Hi Mystikalboy, I think it would work better if you were actually singing the mantra internally. But you could put it on an ipod to sing along with to get familiar with it beforehand. It's amazing, this mantra really works!
I have found the intention and level of concentration really helps with getting effects from mantras. This one really works as long as you give it a go for long enough - ie: don't give up too easily but keep going until you get some dreams coming through. Obviously you don't want to go for two days straight or anything (I haven't tried that) but just see what happens after at least 5-10 mins. Once you start remembering real dreams you definitely won't be feeling stupid...
@robuzy - it works best when you are the one chanting it. For mantras to work, you want to be concentrated on the sound (in this case mentally). you'll see, you won't need any external support to make it work :)
@robuzy - no to worry, that's because it's chanted as a group in this video. Mantra are sound, and many voices give it so much strength, and make it sound so powerful. But it is still powerful on your own.
This is a great mantra! I remembered my dreams as soon as I woke up but then when I sat up to try and write them down I couldn't remember them anymore, like they were somewhere in my head but I couldn't quite bring them into view. Then I tried the mantra and after a little while I could remember them again, and then more dreams kept popping into my head that I hadn't remembered even when I woke up! Thanks a lot for posting this :)
This is a really useful mantra. I was already writing down dreams and thought I was remembering all I could. But then I started doing this mantra and was amazed at how more details of my dreams were coming to me, and also dreams I had forgotten that I had...
Hi 3katiekate, I pretty much experienced the same than you; I write my dreams because I like to have a record to understand them better, I've noticed it also helps me remember my dreams as well - But when I'm stuck and cannot remember any dreams, I use this mantra. And just this morning I used it to remember a dream, but what happened was that I remembered a completely different dream. So personally, I find this mantra to be really useful.
not to try and take away from this mantra, but the way i started remembering dreams was just by writing them down first thing in the morning. it took about six months or so of doing but ever since then i can remember my dreams really well.
Hi bearshaman0, good point. for myself I've found that writing them down helps with remembering dreams and often some details can come to me as I'm writing. When I stuggle to remember any more when I first wake up, I've found this mantra to have the same effect, bringing back details.
Yes I've had success both with writing down the dreams and in using this mantra. I think the two techniques can work very well together, as the mantra can help you 'retrieve' memories even when it seems they are lost. Belzebuub also recommends keeping a dream journal in one of his books.
Just like you, I also write down my dreams, but it seems to me that if I have not slept very long or are suddenly woken up, I cant remember any dreams, then I just lay still and try the mantra. It has worked for me on many occasions.
That only relaxes you lol I remember all my dreams

It's all about vibration, shifting your vibration to that frequency of intent.

Does the correct prodction make a big difference? Do you pronounce this correctly by saying... "Raaoomm... kaaoomm"?

The best mantra to rememeber your dreams is to NOT MOVE when you wake up, and try to remember.

Although it may seem a bit strange, and remarkable that it might work. I have found that it works great.
It think it's a waste to just forget all the experiences you at night upon waking, that's why this mantra is great when recalling dreams.
