vanagon engines are known for head gasket leaks. also, the stock plastic coolant pipes break down eventually, but good aftermarket stainless steel pipes are now available.
i Got a 1985 Vangon Gl Passenger for 200 in from a junkyard. Its in good shape but it needs a hydrualic clutch where can i get one? I also probably have to replace the hoses in the engine, they're really brittle. What else would you suggest replacing. its been sitting for at least 2 yrs.
okay, nice, but did you have to use a van to do it?
