yup, it is 081230. Yea, rock5easily adds new stages/enemies and/or modifies the current ones in every new version. And he/she (?) fixes any bugs the players could find on that version.

So far, so good... are you sure this is 081230? Because I don't remember it featuring that last section (the scrolling platforms in Wily's Stage)...
