I eat bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, oatmeal, or boiled potatoes for the day if I get diarrhea from eating bad stuff. Those foods usually don't cause any problems with diarrhea. I never tried the coconut cookies before because I actually don't like coconut flavored things.
