In this day and age, I simply can't believe that developers would feel that it's okay to have a lackluster storyline--that the only thing that matters is the multiplayer.

I'm sorry, but that's wrong.

I don't throw away money. If you price it at $60, the game better be good all around. COD4 actually accomplished more with less, and I think it was all of the relentless, stupid action that ruined MW2. It wasn't mindless, it was just unbelievable. They sacrificed immersion for "scenery porn."

Did the box come with "Realistic gameplay, and true life events Guaranteed" ???? NO. Multiplayer can be annoying sometimes I admit, BUT some of you 12 year olds need to consider that IW worked their asses off and that this is a VIDEO GAME and it's not perfect and that it was released a lot earlier than it was supposed to.

Isn't the whole point (these questions are rhetorical) of a free market for producers to match our expectations? The answer--yes.

I speak for all of the old MW1 players here in saying that we feel justified in expecting the same greatness that we saw in the MW1 campaign.

CoD MW2 sucks?! God...newbie Gamers critices games when it doesnt have happy story lines....sad. I really love MW2 just for that, you don't know what is happening and what will happen next, the best example was when you didn't expect that Sheperd betrayed your team...also the kick-ass graphic is just hilarious and it should be considered a master piece. So, plz stop bitching this game and just enjoy it...if you don't like it, is necessary to play it? Regards

Another reviewer cut off my list for praising mediocre and banal shooters. Seriously the singleplayer didn't stuck to me and after that I left down the mouse to uninstall the game. For me games that are artificially lengthened with multiplayer components that try to freshen it up with 2 or 3 new mechanics are crap. A games main feature should be an incredible 10-15 hour singleplayer story like Cryostasis or a 100 hour immersible trip like Fallout 3. No the Dark Knight's theme is superb.

Just get some practice and know how to own them noobs, trust me it gets much more fun after that. i use the most powerful weapons (fully automatic) put on stopping power, sleight of hand and ninja, and you're on a one way trip to pwnage my friends.

I'm waiting till i get the AK-47 so i can use FMJ as attachment, most powerful weapon FTWW, until then i'm using the SCAR-H with extended magazines (since it has a mini clip)

@Tarantula33222 ; You know what the problem is? I promised myself never to go into prestige. And I also promised myself to upgrade every weapon.

Needless to say, I'm pretty frustrated from time to time. BUT, I find my playstyle much more fun than the typical ''use best gun = pwn nubs'' playstyle. I really need to use different tactics when I'm using FAL or when I'm using SCAR. And it totally changes if I decide to work a few hours on getting a shotgun upgraded. Fall camo, here I come.

yeah i know what u mean mate, i have the AK-47 now, it pwns, its reaaaally good, sometimes it recoils like hell but its okay, its almost the same one as in CoD 4. Also, ive had 6 Nukes by now, need 4 more for that awesome emblem next to my title, TN's are siiiick

@Tarantula33222 ; I don't really care for the nukes. I got 1 and it felt great but for me it's all about the attachments and the color of all my guns. BTW; Getting a nuke was a piece of cake. Just get a harrier airstrike then get a choppergunner and if you're lucky you get a nuke.

seriously. Call of Duty was always known for its realistic portrayal of warfare (not that retarded lone-wolf chuck norris shit). This story was as far from real as possible. ***SPOILER***The Invasion didnt make any goddamn sense, shepherd's betrayal didnt make sense, nothing made sense...It went from being a war game to some CIA conspiracy, jason bourne bullshit. What sucks is i wasted $60 on this game for the PC and i cant even sell it to anyone cuz its binded to my steam account
