Kids in affluent, white communities get top notch educations and kids who grow in in poor, inner city communities get substandard educations.

I'm a Democrat but I think blaming every problem (housing crisis, education, etc) on former President G.W. Bush is just lazy. I do think that the education system needs to be overhauled. I also think that progress can only be obtained by addressing the problems, not looking for overly simplified scapegoats.
