I wish the whole "investigate the target" thing hadn't gotten so much bad press as being "repetitive and monotonous". All ALONE it's gets a bit old a bit fast, but there's still a place for them, optionally speaking, in Assassin's Creed. Things you can choose to do to expand on the story or the options when making a kill, mayhaps.

Ubisoft did fix most flaws and try to address the repetitive nature of the first game, but things that make the first game unique and immersive is gone in AC2.

Ezio is indeed more laid back and funnier, but i'm sorry, I prefer to play an Assassin who is stern, disciplined, extremely goal-oriented and with a degree of self-righteousness. Ezio's character lacks development and personality. AC2's story is also shitty compare to the 1st. The dialogues were laughable.

The civilians are sort of hilarious. They see the assassin, doing what they do and the idiotic...they stand in awe and go "Why is he doing that? Didi you see that?" It's funny to me because usually, that would stand out more.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!! i've killed the first 3 targets. now i'm back at the first region(don't remember name) and i must complete 3 information missions before i can kill the next target. i have no view points available because i used them for the previous mission so i can't find these information missions.WHAT CAN I DO???

You can now go to another region of each city, go to a new region and find an eagle, which will lead you to a viewpoint(in the new region) which opens up other view points in said region. The only one I remember now is that you can go into the rich district in Damascus now.
