  • Jodi! Clean up your fingernails. Looks like you been working on the care and grabbed the Tele!!! LOL

  • What are the two chords he plays at the end?

  • That is one worn guitar neck. Good post.

  • Very cool. But please, clean yours nails man...

  • your guitar looks dirty :O

  • Looks a lot like a Broadcaster...

  • what u mean a broadcaster?

    07675x

  • i like how they go over the scales 1st in most lessons thanks jody/peter

  • Worrell's been a pro musician for forty years. It's not a stretch to conclude that he's picked up a few pre-CBS Fenders along the way. As far as Bill Nash, he's smart enough not to put any logo stickers on his guitars that will land him in copyright court. However, bootleg Fenders stickers are easy enough to find on the net.

  • the Funk is in the Gunk! that neck has got unbelievable mojo

  • You've never played a vintage maple neck have you?

  • That Tele's tone completely mauls.

  • watch awesome tibetan guitarist (from switzerland?!), he will blow you away! just look for "purtag" (his name)

  • thats one sexy looking tele

  • probably a nash

  • don't think so... you can just about see the start of the fender logo at the start

  • clearly shows you know what NASH is ... he uses fender parts to build his guitars not 'nash' parts ..

  • I wish he'd stop doing that awful bendy vibrato on the 6th string. It's awful.

  • you must have had that guitar for a long time, its really dirty :P good lesson

  • its not dirty, where you see like its dirty on the fingerboard on the neck its is well worn laccuer finish probably nitrocellulose if the guitar is old enough, worn by the strings digging into the finish after time, thats one of the reasons fender back in the sixties started to put rosewood fingerboards on thier guitars, eventually later with polyester and polyurethane finishes which are much tougher and longer lasting the fingerboard finishes started to last a lot longer especially maple ones.

  • muy bien exelente explicacion

  • write "hernan gonzalez country boy" it's amazing!!

  • Thank You Very Much!!!

  • man i wish i had the tabs for this, beginners only learn with tabs. we all start somewhere right.

  • Jody; Your lessons are the BEST !!!!

  • man i love the twang!

  • THE GUITAR IS NEW

  • Yeah, sure. Like Van Halen Frankenstein replica.

  • its a '52 reissue tele

  • that lick kicks ass. no surprise Hendrix uses a lotta such stuff:D

  • clean his frets....that guitar is a relic telecaster id luv to own 1

  • your a dumb a.ss

  • Very Nice. Any way to play this in E ?

  • Just transpose it in the E scale either you start on big E string at the 12th fret or you play it on the A string and just start on the 7th fret which is the root note (E)The rest of the lick just follow the same deplacement

  • yeah all you got to do is play it in e.......sigh

  • you take the root note.. then switch it to e!

  • sure bammerwiki, u can take this lick and put it in any key... go to the E position and play the EXACT same thing, but now it's in E instead of A. just in case you don't know E is at the 12th fret (low and high E-string). u can play this in any key/any position... if u want in B, go to the B position (7th fret) or anywhere else... it helps to know where the notes are too :D hope i could help

  • good !!pentatonic + blue not !!good !!rif !!

  • nice lick, thanks

  • good lesson
