That was actually really cool! From the perspective of a customer getting a behind the scenes tour through the kitchen... We eat at the Sierra cafe every time we stay there with our kids and I don't think they've ever been introduced to the idea that someone is back there cooking up the food & busy running the hotel. Looks clean too. Neat!
