Spent an hour at our local park yesterday on some battered old borrowed blades but I still have a good feel for it. Seriously looking forward to my new skates arriving - You know Salomon's are the daddy when it comes to comfort. May have to run an Anti-Rocker set-up though, and, I'm not a fan. All the Coping edges at the Park sit pretty flush so a flat set-up is really hard work.

@mypantsarechaffed You clearly know nothing about our tricks, rollerbladers can do anything from 180 to something ridiculous like 1440 spins, there's hundreds of grinds and switch up variations, there's grabs, flips, spinning flips, toe and heel rolls (one wheel), cess slides (sliding across flat surfaces), spinning cess slides, hand plants, hand slides, inverts, parkour oriented tricks...and most of these different trick types can be combined, we probably have more tricks than other sports.

@mypantsarechaffed it's short for combination. it means a combination of tricks. a trick is a maneuver. in rollerblading, a trick is when you either grind on the plates of your rollerblades, or you do a spin in the air. in other words, a comination is when you do more than one trick before you land. it takes a large amount of skill to do such. let me know if you're still confused about it!
