  • hi! this took me about 6-8 weeks despite I've never heard of maxmsp/arduino/reactivision/etc. before, so building a table with reactivision is relativley beginner friendly. Just read the infos on the reactivision website, get a good cam and start with a few fiducials. For the whole ableton/midi implementation MaxMSP was my program of choice. Theres a MaxMSP-Client on the reactivision website. For the LEDs I used the arduino platform and the maxuino-firmware. Need more help?

  • ok thanks for that your helping me out loads is there any chance you could give me your email so i can keep in contact? would be a great help if you can walk me through any hard parts lol did you do this project for fun or ?????

  • Blimey! Nice work. I'm going to be building a full scale multitouch table with ReacTIVision for my local music charity any tips?

  • hi! some more infos would be needed to give you any helpful tips concerning your project. if you look for a good camera for low money get a sony ps3 eye, works great with reactivision.

  • We're planning on a good sized (32inch?) table using the DI method as this is the only one which allows the use of fuidicals without a backlight.
