mein Wheel geht auch nicht!! im Menü klappt es normal, aber im Rennen gehen die Pedalen nicht, wenn ich das rechte Pedal drücke ruckelt nur das Lenkrad, spiele Ps3, danke

hello, i had the same problem whit a thrustmaster rgt pro. I took it apart and one of the wires on the steering pot. was disconnected. I had to get a soldering iron and re-solder it. then it worked perfectly. although these are different wheels it seems like the problem.

i hade the same problem the problem is when it game to hot in the whel it thas that i played f1 2010 then the whell gave op

when i rebote it itt sad 888 i whated 30 min rebute it and it works so the problem is that is gete to hot

Did you unpack it from cold mail parcel? Maybe that was the problem. Anyway, I want this wheel too. Logitech looks like joke.

I have the exact same problem. Fanatec clearly has a problem and its a joke.

Kundenservice hatte ich, wie unter schon (in Englisch) bemerkt, angeschireben, aber letztlich nicht benötigt. Der Fehler trat am nächsten Tag ohne mein zutun nicht mehr auf. Wieso? Keine Ahnung. Jedenfalls fahre ich inzwischen schon geraume Zeit ohne Schwierigkeiten (wegen dieses Problems - es gibt andere Dinge, die ich bemängeln würde, aber dies ist nicht der Ort dafür.)

What happened after you did this? My steering wheel GT3RS V2 has the same problems!!!! I just emailed Fanatec Tech Support this morning

hi,

somehow, miraculously, the effect shown in the video had disappeared the next evening, when I tried to show it to my wife! I also wrote to the Fanatec Support when the defect showed up - that's why I made this video in the first place. Unfortunately never anybody wrote back or tried to contact me otherwise. So if the problem persists - I am afraid I can't be of much help :-(

Hi got in contact with a person who may have direct contact with fanatec support. He told me that the optical sensor may be broken.

Hi,

as I stated above - the problem fortunately didn't prove to be persistent. The day after it occured it was gone when I was trying to whine about it to my wife ("300€ and see what it does now! - um, what's this? Yesterday it was doing something funnny...wait, I'll show you on youtube...")

Well - it's gone and I'm not complaining. Beats me though how it came about.
