the purpose in training is to practice actualy doing the move,to see if you can do it right,later on you'll practice speed b/c as you most likely already know,in a real fight you have to be fast,i know people who can move so fast that they make the attacker(and by attacker i mean ppl who r actualy trying to hurt them) look like they were moving still,once you get the move down (mucle memory/pressicion) its all about speed

Övervåld kommer sig snarare av bristande kunskap vad gäller tekniker än tvärtom. Genom att lära sig "säkra" nedtagningstekniker så försvinner behovet av att nyttja tekniker som kan riskera att skada någon.
