I've been dealing with this shit for basically my whole life. You need to find out what the exact cause for it is, for ex. talking to people, .. and then work against it by purposely taking to them so you can get used to it.. there are many other solutions, try meditation or marijuana lol

I think the Ump in mw2 is better because there's no sway. It has a slow fire rate and when you pair that with sway, it's hard to win gunfights. That's why the ump and scar (also low fire rate) raped face in mw2, and why I can't stand them in mw3.

the mw2 ump is a 3 hit kill from any distance, even with a silencer. it's a 2 hit kill from close range with stopping power and no silencer. but, the best gun in mw2 is the famas with a red dot.
