Also, buying a car isn't a bad thing...if you're in a good financial state, right? Yes, it would be optimal to pay cash for one. But I guess I don't see the harm in getting into a car payment if you can handle it.

So...how did he sell out? I'm really curious. Good for you that your out of debt and on your way to financial freedom. Dave Ramsey has support here too. I just didn't know there was something wrong with Mr. Winget.

this guy is supposedly telling people how to get out of debt, yet he endorses getting into more debt by buying a vechicle?? yeah you'll get $2,000 cash back but the vehicle will depriciate and you'll pay MORE than 2k in interest. how is that saving money a-hole?

You need to get a life and shut up. He's a sell out. I've been following Dave Ramsey's plan for the past year and I'm debt free. I'm well on my way to being a millionaire. And Dave Ramsey isn't a sell out like this jackass.

Well, I'm glad Dave Ramsey worked for you. Getting out of debt is a good place to be...as well as working your way to 6 plus digits. I really didn't mean to come across like a smart ass. We're are shooting for the billionare card in the next few years.

Sorry if I came across as a jackass. I thought you were trying to tell me to get a life...lol. Being debt free is an awesome place to be! I've read some of Larry Winget's articles and he does make sense in those articles that I read. More people need to listen to him and Dave.

I have read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". I literally just bought the book by him and the Donald on Wednesday. That one is next on my list to read. It sounds great!
