  • Thanks for your comment. Since you have a lawyer who is representing you and they are familiar with all the details of your claim I suggest you ask them the specific timelines they estimate your claim to take.

    Generally, however, I can tell you that claims typically are not ready for settlement until injuries reach a point of maximum medical improvement and prognosis is known. I've discussed this previously and if you search my other videos you will find one where I address this in detail.

  • Hi, wd ell i have a lawyer (a great one too) sueing ICBC. I fell from a pick up truck standing in the back. The driver somehow put the truck in gear and as a result i have nerve damage in my spin and 24/7 vertigo and tinitis. I should not be working but have to to put food on the table. The accident happened last April. How long do theses things take?
