Might it be, that this video consists of several performances? I think the beginning, and 2:03 is from the concert that also the "Folsom Prison Blues" video with Carl Perkins on guitar is from (in the movie "The Man, His World, His Music"), but at 2:06 you see W.S. Holland and then the Indians that Cash played for at the reservation.

I think they took the audio from the first concert and edited in some parts from the other one, to give it more camera angles. It's simply an awesome performance!
