  • Belle transformation !

  • What modifications did you have to make to get the fuselage to fit?

  • @MrGHWilson87 The following things had to be changed:

    - cut out a small rectangle where the tail rotor mount etc. comes out of the fuselage (it doesn't stick out like Belt CP CX)

    - cut out a small rectangle on the other side too, so you can get by the screws mounting the tail rotor mount etc.

    - add a canopy shoring extension ( ESKY-000697/ek1-0428 ) so you can mount the fuselage on the heli.

    - cut away a bit of plastic of the fuselage on the bottom area of the fuselage and one tail fin.

  • heard on a review site that if you want to buy a honeybee king 3 its better to buy the new honeybee king 4 and take fuselage of ,,its a slightly better performing heli,,nice mod ,but more sensitive to wind now.

  • @bassax7045 Thank you for your comment, I appreciate it. :-)

In my humble opinion, for as long as you've got it setup properly, both seem to perform about equally as good.

They're actually mechanically and technically the same helicopter, except for the fuselage the King 4 comes with.My stock King 3 already has the Head Lock Gyro EK2-0704B

But I'd understand why one would recommend a newer version over an older one, though availability of the King 4 in my country is pretty much zero.
