  • Heres a tip for anyone needing it. Its an obvious one tho lol

    Strictly DO NOT do these ab tricks after your morning non-buttered toast.

    Because THEN you'll feel it.

  • this is a really good exercise not only for you abs, but for you legs, chest and shoulders as well.

    this is my favorite ab excercise, because it targets ALL my abdominal muscles.

  • this works better, if u put ur legs up on a stool,

    u can also prob both ur arm and ur feet up on a stool and lower ur middle, up and down. say 30 times or so, later u can start holding a dumbell in ur freehand over ur hip to make it harder.

  • my cousin is a body builder and hes been training me free for a while, im gunna fight proffesionally like ufc, but my abs are weak thanks for the vid, i havnt signed up yet but i smoke weed alot would that hurt me in gainuing muscle mass at all? or to take out fat and replace it with muscle? my cousin is at his show for a month so cant really ask him now, that fucker has like 4% body fat i can drop him easy tho

  • this doesnt work for me ive held it for 30 sec and all i feel is a burn in my arm no where else this happens with every workout ive tried any one help!

  • your supposed to hold it as long as you can do it. 30seconds this move doesnt do anything even to a baby. but i bet you cant hold 10minutes. also i have abs and this is great move to do.
