  • Dr Cream, if finance permitting, if you were to cast 1 of these figures in silver or bronze and get the media on board you could cause quite a stir amongst street artworks!! I seem to recall a childrens book with a quest to locate a jewellery Hare hidden somewhere in the UK, the clue s were paintings & riddles, it attracted a massive media reponce over 30 years ago !!

  • Hi sxzoo

I am glad you have mentioned this idea. when I begane the Jester Quest project I had no idea how to cast metal or how the project would develope, however I am now colaborating with an artist from Minsk who casts in metal using a technique derived from the anchient Baltic Tribes. So keep an eye on this space for a new youtube film to be posted 2010 "Jester Quest 2" announcing the London treasure hunt!

  • If these sculptures are chess figures then this might be one of the most amazing chess sets in history. Your project might even be compared as a miniature version of those terracotta warriors discovered in china.

  • Thank you for your generous comment. My plan for this project is to create art that is a link to past in its method of manufacture but has its feet in the future with its link to the internet. It can give a tangible interactive experience to anybody who photographs these concrete cookies and has their photograph published in newspapers on websites or by broadcasters.
