well to sync the sounds / video perfectly, thats why they use the "clapper board" and whenever the clapper "sounds" (and on video, when it comes together) thats where they start to sync,

This probably isn't the most professional way, but I just take the vid track and the audio track, and eyeball it until it lines up. :)
