The biggest problem is getting used to note timing, and getting to the point where you don't have to pay attention to your hands while your watching the oncoming note lines. Otherwise your going to sabotage the hell out of yourself.
Figuring out which hand doesn't cramp while you scratch the table is also a good idea lol.
