I am learning the accordeon and trying to play some Rangers tunes. its all in major its hard not easy but its something to aim for. I am in New Zealand but born in Paisley
I have been taking accordian lessons for 4 years now, and to hear it played like that makes me all the more determined to keep practsin . Top stuff, enjoyed it.
The accordeon playing is genuine cause even although hands are in different positions from player to player some might play the Billy Boys or Follow Follow in the major key then progress to its relative minor key as the tune progresses. Doubt if the Orange Lodhe would portray phonies on here, they must have more scruples than that. New Zealand boy.
to SJQTAZ it is possible that they are playing the same chords creating the same sound by way of inversion, some inverted and some are not. New Zealander. They could also be playing in a relative minor key as the girls say they have been playing since young and the Lodge would not have phoneys on here. New Zealand boy.
I think the accordeon playing would be genuine, can't see that its so hard to play these tunes, they are quite common progression, basic stuff but with a good sound. Can't see the Orange Lodge having scams on Youtube, they have a good reputation in oh so many ways.
can i just say i am linzi mckenna and i do not dummy i have been playing the accordion since i was 8 years old dont your dare say i cant fuckin play!!!! Im Raging!!!! if you wantto see me play show up at castle street orange halls in paisley.

watch the 3 vids-at 1 point the blond-prety as she may be takes her fingers off the keys-she then starts up again lower down the keys than the chick next to her! I may b wrong-some1 from the band may correct me and explain-id love 2 know. Anyway they sound brill-our bands have a lot of catching up 2 do-no one can march and play like Unionist/Protestant FBs and AB's can unless they are funded by state or the like-this is different-working class people learning themselves-sound!
