Royvonne got good management in 1/2011.She cleaned up pest problems and evicted felones.She was also fired (4/2011) because she didnt bring in enough company money!The people owning the properties are ritch. Were just trying to get bye and do our best.All the company cares for is money.Lets face it they dont have to live there it isnt there problem so thank you Mrs rixchick. Royvonne is under new management now--so thank you!! From what we heard of the place it was absolutely horrible! When my fiance and I moved in they told us that they had already made 30 evictions the month prior. It isn't just the management who sucked, but the crack heads who they let move in!!

Furthermore, that guy is ridiculous. He is just giving more attention to your cause.

Good for you, to stand up for the crimes committed by slum lords. I have seen Royvonne, I know the issues there. The cock roach issue should be addressed by management. There is a law in Oregon about yearly extermination requirements.
