Very well done, funny I just made a post on my blog today called "Preparing For Survival" the post is on the same wavelength so I embedded your video into the post for my regular readers and gave a link to your channel here, I am sure you will get a few more views. If you want to see the post you can get the link form my recent activity on my channel.
@EastCoastPrepper Thank you. You came up with one of the best video response ideas that I've seen. Very relevant and also useful for provoking others to think about being prepared for a situation.
That's a great video,You definitely have the knowledge in case of any situation. I have the same pellet gun, I use pointed pellets for the varmints in my neighborhood, Thanks for sharing your wisdom and also thanks for recommending the other youtube users.
whoa! Nice setup youve got there! Wouldn't mind some of that firewood though, we ran out, in the coldest part of winter over here in Australia ! My toes are cold! But we are getting some more. You have an amazing back garden.Looks delicious ;). Amazing stocks of stuff to, you sir are one very prepared man. As the other man suggested, some traps would be a nice selection of videos as well. And more shelter videos would be excellent. But as other s have suggested you are a busy man. Cheers. :)
Great stuff Kamo, you covered a lot of stuff in your ever practical manor with simple steps anyone can do. : ) Your new pantry looks great and your yard is gorgeous, the little pond is a nice peaceful touch. I liked your "Rain Face" too : )
@tfisher808 Yes, I am one busy dude but, I squeeze time for all it has to offer. I think the tube is a great way to be creative, connect with others, self express, learn, share ideas, find info. . . . and somewhere deep down inside my inner child is perhaps craving some attention . . . . LOL.
@AXE2501 Yes. I have been avoiding those type of vids because I prefer to avoid the negative attention they bring but, perhaps I can buck up and take some heat.
I recently bought a crosman vantage 1200 pellet rifle at dicks sporting goods because it was on sale for $80. I was impressed when I noticed It shoots through 3/4 inch plywood.
I agree with everything you said except the parts about not stocking up on food, guns and ammo because you think that would be going overboard. Label me how ever you want, but I'm the type that has hundreds of pounds of rice and beans and thousands of rounds of 7.62x39 ammo to protect that food.
@Prepare2Survive Thanks for your input, you touch on an important consideration. Yes, hundreds of pounds of food may be practical for many people in their situation ( it just isn't for me ). The gun and ammo deal is something that must be carefully thought out with consideration of things like location, possible dangers and the possibility of unwanted attention that could lead to more danger or being cast in a bad light ( it happens ), by the media or the Authorities before you ever need them.
Better to have a means to defend yourself and not actually need to use it than to need a means to defend yourself and not have it. There are always going to be fools that do foolish things and the media will always be there to push their anti-gun propaganda, but it's easy to avoid all that. Just don't do anything foolish.
Location shouldn't be a concern because even if you live in the city you could be the one guy on your block that keeps the looters away when SHTF.
@Prepare2Survive You give Important things to consider. This is why I You Tube. We can share knowledge and ideas and have our perspectives challenged. This is one of the ways that I prep. / I consider the wisdom and experience of others.
A really fine video and some excellent, SANE tips about gear and food. Great job, Ghost!
