I think, when he downloaded the file, the name which showed up was the name of the set of brushes, but when he went to pick a brush, the names of the brushes were specified, that's why he can't find it... anyways, thanks a lot! very informative...

Im not quite sure but I think you couldn't find the brush set name because you downloaded a different one. When you went back to see what the brush name was you looked at a different brush set than what you originally downloaded lol.

Might you know specifically why the brushes don't show up when you try and "Load" them in? I've had this issue with CS3, but not with CS2. The problem is that I categorize my brushes, and have over 300 different sets, so they don't all show up in the general pop-up. Any help would be great!

I had well over 100 files of brushes to load. After looking at tutorials that all showed how to do it one file at a time so thats what I did till I realized I would be at it forever.

Here is what I figured out and loaded over a thousand brushes whit just a few clicks.

Open the Browser in PS and select all of the brush files and open them. That's it!!! The PS browser knows what to do with them.

This was done in CS3.

oh.. i see the problem.. this is the continuation to the tutorial.. do this after you place the ".ABR" to the brushes folder.. 1.click load brushes. 2.then go to my computer 3. then local disk, 4,then program files 4. adobe 5.adobe photoshop cs3(or whatever ur version is) 6.presets 7.brushes then click on the file that you downloaded.. thats it...
