that guy she was hugging is her publicist. If you don't believe me, he showed up at the oscars on the red carpet. he was fixing her dress along the way. when she was asked about it, she said "this is my publicist"

Still are dating since 04 actually. if not before than. And in recient interviews for M.a.O.W. zac has made it clear, that they are still together.
