  • So did cars back then always just start shooting flames and blow up once they crashed or is that just flashy TV special effects? Maybe this is why the US Domestic Market had such a decline in sales. Psychologically Americans see this everyday on TV but don't realize that is why they buy Honda's and Toyota's. They don't want to die in a fire.

So logically speaking, wouldn't Hollywood would be to blame for the decline in the US Auto industry?

  • hey liberty....can you put the entire episode 35 up?? PLEASE!!!!!!

  • @LadyScorpio39 I'm sorry, no - I won't put up any season 1 or 2 eps. Does Amazon not ship to Canada?

  • The studio decided to trash the woody because it was high maintenance. I guess they got free cars from Ford/GM/Chrysler after that so they could wreck one every week. I don't remember.

  • @SirWinstonBeech Oh! Thanks for the information - that makes sense.

  • You would thought Linc would look a little

nervous in this scene, I would have been screaming my head off!

  • But that's one of the things I always loved about Linc, that he was so unflappable.

  • This scene proves how attached we can become to the cars we own, even if you sell your car or trade it in.

  • That's true! I still have fond memories of my first car, a Plymouth Duster.

  • My first was a '65 Chevy.
