  • What is my ideal job?

To be in a heavy metal band.

  • Notice how she gave absolutely no examples of anything she talked about? This answer would not get her hired. You need to get specific.

  • Interviews are so BS that we need to watch videos to do well on them and complain the whole time. I hate them too but I think more than a resume is needs to see if a person is the best fit. I don't see reason why people should not be able to view the interview form about a day ahead of the interview for behavioral questions because I can't scan my whole work history in 10 seconds to find the scenario that fits your question.

  • @Gunshinzero We live in a robotic society, sadly its true, just as true as we live in a violent, corrupt society. Humans are no where near perfect, and are scum, and people that try to make a change get killed, humans are the filth of the world.

  • Part-time HKD 5000-8000, Full-time HKD 12000-15000, no interview needed, make your computer work for you, more detail please visit careerpathhk(.net)

  • Exactly! American job interview is not very productive. In most European countries do not ask uncomfortable questions. Not everyone is a good orator like Barak Obama with a teleprompter. Additionally, you do not have to write adjectives in CV (European style resume). Basically, you have to sell your paper resume and your responses in America, not your talent and skills.

  • ..its always been a stupid thing to be interviewed and then be junk!!

..makes you a total discouraged! ...oh men! what the hell

  • I guess I could say I could do any thing that your current employees are doing now. Because I know for a fact their just a bunch of lazy bastards that got hired because they knew the right person.

  • I hate the intro where you hear all those little soundbytes: It sounds so fake and is fake.

  • Get any job and be prepared for any tricky question your interviewer asks you. Get your report from PreparingForInterview . org

  • It is interesting to see that HR managers in the USA ask the same stupid pseudo - psychological questions and get the same dull memorised answers like in germany... ;-) did she get the job and what is the point of such stupid standard questions?

  • @Schlandhaubitze I very much agree with you..all these videos I have been watching on interviewing are mostly a crock of shit, they are just saying what the interviewer "wants" to hear...I mean really, such a make shift "professional" like interview for someone applying for a simple administrative assistant position? aka: receptionist job? Not digging on it but really now, who WANTS to do this type of job forever & they are making it seem like some kind of corporate job...blah

  • @Gingersnap2323

well but you can prepare yourself and tell the interviewer what he / she wants to hear. human resources representatives have a bad knowledge of human nature. ;-)))

  • she looks very good. doesn`t matter what she says... ;-)

  • she looks like a waitress

  • Very Interesting answer! it is quite helpful. I also check "jobseeker revolution" video. Another helpful video. check it out. *thumbs up*

  • Here we go again.......I believe my thoughts on what I consider to be an ideal job is inline with most people, I want to enjoy my career and its rewards that will enhance my life/work balance. I have a real passion for this industry and am very comfortable with it being my ideal job/role/destiny/ blah blah blah................................

  • And while you are at it get that whiney voice off the videos that keeps going...Ammmmm! IMPRESSIVE ANSWER.

She sounds like some hooker talking to a John. She could just as easily be saying...Ammmmm! IMPRESSIVE WALLET.

If we had this woman's voice in Iraq we could get the Terrorist to give up everything after listening to her for 10 minutes.

Military Intelligence: "Okay, where are your colleagues?" (Que Voice) Terrorist after 5seconds. "There are 5000 of them over the next hill."

  • It would be the job were people like you don't blow smoke up my ass and tell me that its only a 40 hour week when its 80. Or that when Mary or Pete are leaving early to go watch their kids play soccer that I have to pick up the slack and do their jobs while they get paid twice as much.

Or chewing my ass out for putting a meal on my expense account while the Executives are driving around in BMW's provided by the company.

Or when paying for my own health benefits is considered a perk.

  • @BoomerNavy70

    Amen!

  • Wait, I saw her on another interview video. So did she not get the JOB? Why should I listen to this!

    ...

    -just playing-

  • Just Be yourself. if people don't like you being yourself fuck em you don't need em and it's there lost.

  • hmmm...drug dealer?

  • OMG!!! DO NOT SAY PERFECTIONIST

  • This looks like an intro to a porno.

  • Hilarious and ironic that she says one of her strengths is proofreading and then the word "strengths" is misspelled a second later on the text!!!

  • The whole process of interviewing is bullshit.

  • @ech2daezzay you are absolutely right my friend

  • I work in banking and all you need to do is play golf with the right people, and buy your suits from the right store. Sell an illusion that your just like them and your golden. Education and intelligence are really not needed.

  • Would it be wrong to clarify the question?

  • I think I would marry this girl on the spot. Very cute!

  • I heard "perfectionist" is cliche

  • sales guys get alot of pussy....its part of the job description, like lawyers, HR guys or should i say gays get alot of sex for giving out jobs and great pay......traveling jobs used to be paid vacations, UNFORTUNATELY TECH HAS all the road warriors too damn connected since 12 years ago,,,,driving highway ONE and your boss calls you on your cell phone really sours your paid vacation.

  • she was lying 98% of the time, top left looking

  • A job interview is the biggest crock of sh*t in the world. There is no earthly reason that anyone with half a brain cannot look at a resume and determine whether or not someone has the skills/experience someone needs to fill a position...its nothing more than a personality assessment. What does answering questions have to do with how well I'm able to actually do a job? So I can answer a question...doesnt mean I know how to sweep a floor or wash a window.

  • Great reasoning, how do job interviewers sleep at night.

Most people that are employed are incompetant!!!

what do they look for actors?

  • Lol, yea they do want actors

  • Sometimes the personality is part of the position. People need to know if you are presentable and can work with others. An example is a computer tech...sure you can hire the guy who knows everything but if he dresses like a slob, smells bad, and treats people poorly then you wouldn't want him representing your organization.

  • Lol, yea, I'd rather not be interviewed for job, but a person could have a terrible personality---especially if they haven't had a job before, they need an interview

  • @Pariah2001 IMPRESSIVE ANSWER!

  • @Pariah2001 I agree, i'm about to go to my first one for a temp job through a DVR thing and i'm freaking out. I just know they're going to try stumping me and make me look stupid.

  • @Pariah2001 65 thumbs up so far, you are on to something.

Common sense should be a basic job qualification.

  • @Pariah2001 good point. It's the reality.

  • @Pariah2001 We live in a robotic society, sadly its true, just as true as we live in a violent, corrupt society. Humans are no where near perfect, and are scum, and people that try to make a change get killed, humans are the filth of the world.

  • @xxxCRAZYLOVExxx Read This article about employers: hubpages Beyond Politics Employers_Shut_Up_And_Listen

  • I wouldn't have hired her. Wasn't convincing for me.

  • She's ok but she kept making this stupid facial expression

  • You are definitely a low life! slime!

    Sick individual!

  • i wanna hire her to be my ball washer...hows an annual 100k sound?

  • Looking top left during the interview is suggestive of lying ! She is a liar dont hire her

  • The interviewer will ask a question while looking at the job application. Two critical things: 1. They will be reading the application in detail, while you speak. Penmanship, thoroughness, and sound/ pitch/ tempo of applicants voice. 2. Interviewer will listen, knowing the applicant is watching them read.

Does the applicant maintain focus on answering the question asked vs. applicants attempting to define details in the written application to the interviewer. Focus on the question asked.

  • Thank you, those r very helpfull hints

  • is there's a script up there?

  • sorry she didn't sound confident- not convincing at all!

  • aieou

  • good point

  • Working for a team that rewards poor performance with excessive bonuses and rapid promotions.

In others words, every financial firm in the country.

  • Interviewing is a tool of the Facist system to demean and Humilate people.

  • You're right. Human Resources should take all the applicants for a particular job, put their names in a hat, and let the good old laws of probability decide who gets the position.

  • u dumb.

  • she should had an eye to eye contact in the interviewer,,, she answered question correctly and its a very reliable source of what truly she is in terms of working... but keeping her eyes looking into the ceiling makes the interviewer think that there is writings up there and she just reading it.....blahblahblah... but if i were her, i don't know maybe i couldn't answer that and remains quiet....that's the biggest weakness that i have... i hope i could overcome it...

  • she is ok, but rolling her eyes up to the celling is not really good....it shows she is thinking, and there is nothing wrong with that, but on the other hand, if she cut her story in half, she could keep her eye contact where it should be.

  • She needs to show that it ain't memorized/rehearsed.

  • i need a job!

  • she looks up and to the left frequently and SHAKES her head.. bad technique, she should nod.

  • I think it was good.

  • The intro/outro voice overs are DAMNNNN IRRITATING!

  • I didn't feel she went right to the point!

  • nice job...........

  • too much looking up- looks like she is unsure of her answers..maintain eye contact or look around the room at eye level. Not up.

  • those sound bite voice shits at the start are annoying

  • i like d girl
