I agree, Anakin had the potential to become greater than anyone else but Anakin lost most of his potential on mustafar. George Lucas stated that Vader was 80% as strong as Sidious, but if it werent from his wounds, he woulda been twice as strong. I also agree that nihilus & Revan are really powerful, but Sidious is the legacy of 1000 years of Sith where the apprentice overpowers the master and userp his title (no wonder plagueis could control midichlorians). So i'd vote for Sidious too.
