It turns out that there was another case (#62202708) brought up before the case on March 7 (# 62202608) on the events of March 1, as stated in the documents presented today by Armenian National Congress representative Avetis Avagyan.
Nearly 20 investigators of the special investigative service confirmed the fact of the instituted criminal case 62202708.
There was active investigation on the case from March 2 to March 7. After March 7, all references to case 68802708 disappeared with the strike of a magic wand, said Mr.Avagyan.
In fact, there are facts showing that a person was recognized injured in case 62202708 and called to an expert investigation in case 62202608 and later, all materials were found in the main March 1 case. However, there is no decision that the materials may be found in the main case.
It is not clear as to who instituted case 62202708, the fate of that case and it cant be explained why the materials of that case were included in the main case.
In regard to the disappearance of case 62202708, Mr.Avagyan advised to ask the Special Investigative Service.
According to the documents presented, the case refers exclusively to soldiers, namely the soldiers of military unit 1032 and the appointment of forensic medicine examination.
It turns out that the investigation was conducted with the philosophy that the issues of soldiers were examined in the framework of separate cases.
Then, for some reason, all of those issues were included in the main case. I can predict that this was the fulfillment of a political request. The investigators were not aimed at clarifying the real culprits, but rather clarifying for themselves and then throwing the blame on innocent people through lies and falsifications said Avagyan.
Avetis Avagyan has no doubts that it is impossible to conceal case 62202708 because the injured parties have the documents. In the end, Avagyan promised to provide more interesting documents regarding the March 1 case

He confirmed that all materials of case 62202708 refer to soldiers and the police.
Those documents were compiled not by an investigator, but dozens of investigators.
A1+ asked Avagyan to reveal the names of the investigators whose actions confirm the presence of case 62202708.
Investigators Yeremyan, Sargsyan, Tamazyan, Terteryan, Arshafyanthe list goes on.
