Another way, use the Bound sword thingy and try to buy the mage rings and Conjuration robes and the bound sword goes to 18pts for me, go to river wood and go in the house next to the black smith attack the guy in their and jump on the bed so he cant get u then just keep doing the bound sword then to get rid of the sword press B then onto magic and choose the bound sword L/R

4. Finally ...in order to make it work better ... you need one more step but that's secret.

Alteration is godly for a mage, if you're wearing full robes (for the magicka and mana regen etc) like you should be for a match then alteration gives you free armour to cover yourself.

Then get the perks in that tree that make it double itself and extend the duration and aborb mage attacks etc and the game becomes easy mode...

IF your patient, you can spam Soul Trap till your outa magic, then IF you have Equilibrium (gotton from a chest during the mage collage quest line), you can spam that to refill your Magic AND level your Alteration (Equilibrium turns health into Magic which means you can also level Restoration at the same time if your patient!)

or keep spawning bound battleaxe then sheth it then repeat you get points for conjuring it and small amounts when used in combat its better then bound sword because its apprentice not novice but be careful of a glitch which can stop you from using weapons and you will have to reload a save so if you plan to do this trick save often by the way switch to using bound bow because that boosts your skill more because its adept then finally switch to using permaent raise dead then wait high magicka req

If you get the muffle power in illusion { you can get it in whiterun at the dragonreach } and you can spam that and your illusion level goes up pretty fast

Also guys and Jord. find a dead body soul trap it till manas empty then simply wait press select and wait one hour and mana will be replenished

@Ravage017 Nope. If you have say 500 magicka you spam soul traps then push back and a (which makes you wait 1 game hour). In less than a few seconds you'll have max mana again.

I know about the mana regen and the robes from the school questline. But believe me it's not as fast and when you level up (if you did this with a lvl 1 character) than every level gain fills the bar back up aswell. I think I could go from 1-100 conj, in less than an hour easy with this method...

@Doubledhades I only have like 300 magicka, but I'm only level 12 (new account), and because I play on the xbox I think the waiting doesnt go as smoothly as pc, so the load time takes quite a while, I guess it is a bit faster than regenerating, but with highborn I don't think it is

@Ravage017 I'm sure you already know this but have you installed the game to your hard drive? (I play on xbox too).

I never fully used the conjure tree (apart from summoning the occasional demon thingy) or spammed soul trap but I have spammed courage in the illusion tree and the method I suggested got me to 50 illusion no probs in like 15 minutes (from lvl 1 on a lvl 1 character)

@Doubledhades yeah ive installed it, and tbh I don't really use conjuration, I pretty much use restoration and destruction all the time. So I don't even think this would be of much use to me. Also, I really don't see the use for illusion and alteration. I think they were just put into the game to make it seem like the mage has alot of different choices. But really, I think conjuration and destruction are the main ones for combat.

@3l3m3NtA You don't need a smithing glitch.. It's already too easy. Just keep making iron daggers in Whiterun, 3 shops there to buy iron and leather, took me about 60 minutes from 50 to 100.

Eh glitches, too many of them in the game for my liking, lazy lazy dev's.

Nice video but its the same as cheating really, might as well ("if your on the p.c") open console and set ur conjuration to level 100 if your gonna sit at a dead body and do that, it's the same thing.
