i think the "foreign exchange" idea was brilliant.

i really like the music in this one, a very interesting hybrid of both yelle's and robyn's style. i must say, the lyrics are a little shaky comparing to the awesome backbeat, but you can tell it has that special little kick of robyn in it while still respecting yelle's idea of the song. the same can be said for "qui est cette fille" about respecting boundaries. you can't translate french to english verbatim, but i say they both did a great job.

The chorus of this sounds SO stupid in English. "All because of boys" sounds really awkward. "A cause des garcons" rolls off the tongue much better and isn't quite so wordy despite being the same number of syllables.

The whole cover sucks though. Robyn has some good songs and this is not one of them.
