I think it was the protagonist, she had a siamese sister inside her skull. Never knew the name of that movie because i caught it from the middle. Does someone knows?

Many of MCR songs are based on films, take a look at Vampires Will Never Hurt You. Is based on The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari. And also, many other songs as Early Sunsets Over Monroeville are based by lyrics in another movies.

@Batman8657 I must admit that the 2002 American Remake of "The Ring" is a GREAT film!!! The Ring is almost better than Ringu! The Ring 2002 is absolutely terrifying! The tape is the creepiest thing about The Ring in my opinion! And the atmosphere!! I also loved Ju-On! But the crazy asian lady with the spider-walk, looks a bit scarier in "The Grudge" than "Ju-On".
I liked this movie a lot, but it didn't really scare or disturb me. I want to see Imprint. I did like the scene (I saw this a LONG time ago) where that thing is eating congee off the floor.

The movie itself was really a beautiful movie until the middle when the viewers realize that she is physcotic. I for one loved the movie, i also watched the whole thing in Japanese, and read the subtitles. I thought the movie, "Audition", became very confusing at times but i loved the motivation behind the insanity. My favorite scene from the film, was when the woman snuck into the man's home and paralyzed him from the neck down, including his tongue, and the man's son came in.
Is this movie scary in terms of moral values and blood and gore. Or is it scary in terms of that face-less japanese girl ghost pops up in your face when you least expect it? If it's the first one I'll watch it lol

@bigern76 It's pretty much the ultimate date movie gone to hell. It's a build up kind of movie. Done excellently, and the climax of the film is so intense, it's hard to watch the screen, but so difficult to look away. I highly recommend it.
Takashi Miike is the Tarantino of Japan.... But unlike Tarantino, Miike makes more fucked up stories, rather than just violent! He uses everything that is evil! :D

I'm a scary/horror/thriller movie fanatic and I simply couldn't watch the last five minutes. I will say this movie achieves it's goal of scaring the crap out of you. It starts off very slow but continues to build and build until it finally explodes. The scene with the piano wire and accupuncture needles were enough for me to hit the stop button, put it back in the Netflix envelope and say bye bye.

Maybe you'd like Tokyo Gore Police as well. They are both nuts, but I find Tokyo Gore Police to be more comedy. The "WHAT THE FUCK WERE THEY THINKING?" kind of comedy.
what i love about this movie (among other things) is that it starts out as this quirky little romantic story, but then almost exactly halfway through, it switches gears and becomes completly batshit insane....
@ESBA20002009 i read and heard alot about this movie before i watched it, afi has it listed as one of the scariest movies of all time. maybe i was expected too much, but i was really disappointed. i dont mind the slow place and im not saying it was a bad movie. it just wasnt really scary. there were some creepy suspenseful moments. but i would call this movie a thriller and not a horror film, as netflix has it listed as. i was really hoping it would be scary, try SESSION 9!

@PowerNyuszi geht um einen Typen der irgendwas mit TV zu tun hat (oder war es sein Kollege) und der alleine mit seiner Tochter lebt und immer mehr vereinsamt, auf jeden fall veranstalten die ein Casting um sich eine Frau zu suchen und dort findet er dann dieses hübsche, liebe, immer lächelnde Mädchen und diese zieht dann bei ihm ein. Naja und wenig später wird der Film wie wilky schon richtig geschrieben hat "completly batshit insane" J Horror is ja eh immer schon bissl heftiger als EU Horror

Ich will nichts spoilern aber wenn du dir Filme wie martyrs, Funny games und das original tcm ohne probleme angucken kannst (also nicht mal vom Gewaltgrad sondern einfach vom feeling den diese Filme einem geben ) dann könnte der was für dich sein wenn du mit diesen Filmen schon probleme hast bleib diesem Film bloss fern ;)

@DerMitDemBlunt Vielen Dank! :D Ja, Martyrs habe ich gesehen..und den finde ich, bis jetzt, den besten Horror-Film aller Zeiten!! Habe mir schon gedacht, ob es Filme gibt, die den topen können! Weil man so angespannt ist und man sich in die Situation hineinversetzen kann..echt gut gemacht!! Na, dann bin ich mal gespannt wie dieser FIlm hier sein wird! Und die anderen, welche du erwähnt hast, werd ich wohl auch grad schauen!! ;o))

I'm a scary/horror/thriller movie fanatic and I simply couldn't watch the last five minutes. I will say this movie achieves it's goal of scaring the crap out of you. It starts off very slow but continues to build and build until it finally explodes. The scene with the piano wire and accupuncture needles were enough for me to hit the stop button, put it back in the Netflix envelope and say bye bye.

I dont get that you wasted your time.Why even pay for Netflix if you watch all but the ending of every film you get. That are you are just to SOFT for a horror film. what i love about this movie (among other things) is that it starts out as this quirky little romantic story, but then almost exactly halfway through, it switches gears and becomes completly batshit insane....

@ESBA20002009 i read and heard alot about this movie before i watched it, afi has it listed as one of the scariest movies of all time. maybe i was expected too much, but i was really disappointed. i dont mind the slow place and im not saying it was a bad movie. it just wasnt really scary. there were some creepy suspenseful moments. but i would call this movie a thriller and not a horror film, as netflix has it listed as. i was really hoping it would be scary, try SESSION 9!
