I'm not perfect, i'm picky as hell when it comes to eat, but i regularly excercise and walk 40 minutes per day. It keeps me thin but lets me eat till' i'm full. This man here is a victim of obesity for mistakes that i'm pretty sure he doesn't like. And you can see by his expression and sound that he wants to change his lifestyle and become thin. This is a very good first step, most do it because they wanna look good...He wants that too, but primarily he wants to save his life.
