if same sex marriages were legal in all countries & their govts give same sex couples the same beneficiary rights as well instead of living in the dark ages then some LGBTs would not still be living in fear today, they dont deserve that kind of treatment dont u all agree?. Anyway am a straight woman with 2 kids & I want to teach them they should never have to live in fear if either turned out to be LGBT. Many congratulations to u both (albeit late) & hope u live happy lives as a married couple.
This all proves that no matter what sexual orientation we are, a wedding's a wedding regardless & LGBTs are just as capable of leading normal married lives as any other. I just wish our UK govt cud see it as well. They still dont give same-sex couples as many beneficiary rights as heterosexual couples (though this has changed alot with the intro of civil partnerships ) so theres no wonder LGBTs are victimised simply cos of their sexuality.

I got mixed reactions from friends and family but over a long period of time all of them grew to be very accepting. @kissoondyal Thanks. Things are just very conflicting right now. My heart tells me to be with a woman, and my mind tells me its the 'right' thing to be heterosexual. Religion plays a role in my life. I worry about my standing with God. The Bible has been making an impression on me. Basically, my religious background is holding me back from being the lesbian that I am. Its just so terribly confusing, and a part of me just wants to go back to my younger days, completely oblivious and carefree.
