For example, vaccines, MRI machines, modern Anesthesia, Stem cell research, and many other major medical advances came from capitalist countries, and not communist countries. In fact, modern medicine would not have developed if it were not for the contribution from capitalist countries. All of the examples of inventions that I have pointed out actually work and aren't "poisons."

@aydarsh You forgot to mention the fact the doctors in capitalism sometimes kill there patients with strange drugs, which they do for experements and get away with it, blaming the medicine. + FYI drugs from Communist country work waaaaaaaaay better, when i was sick i tryd one from a capitalist country, and it did not even work. and doctors in USA tell their patients TO EAT ICE CREAM when sick! There is a group in Japan who are some how decedents of NK such as through their parents or grandparents but somehow they ended up in Japan and these Japanese are still very loyal to NK. It's all very interesting. You can probably find out about them here on Youtube. There were two football players on the NK world cup team from Japan....
