Tea ceremony is supposed to enhance the concept of Zen and entertain friend with humility. That spirit is simply gone. Sensei here is caught up in formality and routine now; her attitude is rather self consciouse. This is the fell of tea ceremony. 菩提本无树，明镜亦非台。本来无一物，何处惹尘埃 -"Everything is primordially empty, what is the dust for dust to cling to?"

The one thing I love about doing the ceremony myself is that I dont have to put up with the tea I make :) lols

I know it's kinda mean of me to say that, but being a beginner stinks. ;(

The ceremony and liking the tea (as a drink) is two different things ;)

It is surprisingly amazing though that when you try to remember all the movements, you will get stuck. However, when you let yourself go of the thinking parts, the movements come easily.
