It's the UCB Theater in Los Angeles. It's only a little over a year old.

Oh man thats totally wild, I'm from New York and I love the UCB Theater I go so much, the theater in NY is a whole lot smaller and we don't have that nice headroom that you have over there.

Yeah, I've never been to the theater in NY but would LOVE to get over there at some point.
