Stay away from the Z250. The Sony Ericsson Z250 (a/i) is always malfunctioning and its standby battery life won't last 55 hours (a far cry from the claimed 300).
(1/2) I'll try to sum up my experience... THE GOOD: Compact, light and elegant. Efficient and user-friendly display. Easy to type. Keys reasonably protected from shock and dust. THE BAD: Battery life never reached the claimed 300 hours, even in standby. In daylight, it was hard to see what was on the screen without increasing the screen's brightness to 60% or 70%. Started malfunctioning in 9 months. After 13 months of moderate use, battery life was under 55 hours.
The SE Z250i would be a great choice for average users if it wasn't for the preamature (and then constant) malfunctioning and for the ever decreasing battery life.

CONCLUSION:
