@InVok3thaunknown I just bought a 2012 double wide with 3 bed 2bath at 75,000. it is complety set up has two decks a covered front porch and loft.Outside is a double driveway and storage shed. It was also Landscaped and fully furnished. So it has a lot of extras. But it is a beautiful home and worth every penny.

ive got a double wide kinda like that one in AZ with an acre and a half of property it completely paid off but property taxes are like $1300 a year. ive also got walk in closets wich are perfect for growing some drow

Look, if you are going to sell via videos, use a WIDE angle lens. It don't even have to be an expensive camcorder. Go to Best Buy and buy a $30 wide angle lens adapter. Stand in the doorway of each room, lift the camera above your head and pan from left ot right or right to left. Then go stand in the middle of the room and turn 360 degrees. That with the wide angle lens, you should be able to show the rooms well.

I wouldn't mind living in a double if the walls were identical to a single wide. But i guess thats why they make modulars?..
