I"m referring to Youtube only featuring videos in their "Featured Videos" section of people who already have a large audience (RayWilliamJohnson, SxePhil, just to name a few). I see so many talented people on Youtube go unnoticed on a regular basis. I believe they're SELLING the featured spots.
